Welcome to our cozy vacation apartment on the 1st floor of a newly renovated house.
Here you will find everything you need for a perfect vacation with family or friends.
2 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, desk and balcony with sea view.
1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 small bed can be added if required. Small, round table and 2 rattan armchairs.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave and all utensils for cooking.
Dining table for cosy get-togethers.
Bathroom:
Walk-in shower, hairdryer, first aid kit, towels.... and window with sea view ;-)
Air conditioning:

The house is located at the highest point of the historical village of Calasetta, above a traffic-free piazza rightly called "Belvedere". It is the destination of the evening walks of the neighbors to contemplate the sunsets, which appear in a different light every day. The house faces west and looks down on the beach and the emerald bay 'Sotto Torre', towards the island of Carloforte in the north west, and finally to the long line of the horizon.
From the Belvedere a staircase leads down to the beach, a good 100m away. In the other direction it is about 200m to the lively central piazza, from there another 200m to the port.
There is an hourly train service between Cagliari / Elmas Airport and Carbonia, and from Carbonia, there is a bus to Calasetta. You can also reach Carbonia from Olbia in the northeast (airport, ferry port) with a pleasant and very beautiful train journey across Sardinia. However, those who arrive by plane and want to explore Sardinia will hardly be able to avoid renting a car.
If coming by car from Sant'Antioco, turn left at the intersection at the entrance to the town, following the signs for "spiagge" (beaches). After about 100m, turn right into Via Savoia, then go up on Via Garibaldi, and turn right again into Via Regina Elena or Via Armando Diaz. You can park next to the house on Via Palestro (not on Piazza Belvedere).
